After Keys New Build Finishes

The picture in the gallery of Wheyland was an APG build that Perth Renovation Projex finished off for the client. It was designed to be a Bicton product in the newly desirable suburb of Willagee and when valued was confirmed as achieved. The renovation took approximately 4 weeks to complete and was scheduled to start the day after the clients received their keys.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1644″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We used a main flooring product that oozed elegance and that could be re sanded if need be to ensure a finished look in time to come. The carpet and underlay were also upgraded for a pet and stain warranty that would also ensure a product that would last and present well on future re sale. Careful pre start changes were made to show the build as a custom build also assisting in disguising the builder to avoid the property being priced simply on who built it.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
