After Keys New Build Finishes

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]If you are building your new home or have built an investment property, choosing the design was just the first step. Once you’ve received your keys, the fun really begins! You’ll have to think about landscaping, fencing, driveways, flooring, lighting, blinds and curtains, and even your letterbox. If they haven’t thought about this in advance, people often find that they run out of money and end up moving into unfinished builds or cheapening the property by using makeshift products.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The finishes of a new build are as important as the design itself, and sometimes, more so. If you choose wisely, you can create a house with a high-end look and feel – even on a small budget.

The carpet and underlay were also upgraded for a pet and stain warranty that would also ensure a product that would last and present well on future re sale. Careful pre start changes were made to show the build as a custom build also assisting in disguising the builder to avoid the property being priced simply on who built it.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
